Y2K Readiness for Motorola's Message Connect! software

Dear Customer,
In response to your inquiry concerning Year 2000 Readiness of
Motorola's Message Connect! software product, Message Connect! has been tested and found Ready against
the following Year 2000 Readiness criteria: Year 2000 Ready means the capability of Motorola Message
Connect!, when used in accordance with its associated documentation, to correctly process, provide
and/or receive date data in and between the years 1999 and 2000, including leap year calculations, provided
that all other products and systems (for example, hardware, software, and firmware) used with
Message Connect!, properly exchange accurate date data with it.
This definition is not a statement of warranty and may not be
interpreted to expand any warranty provided with Pager Products supplied by Motorola.
Please note that although Motorola's Message Connect! is Year
2000 Ready, this Single User License Product was cancelled in December 1997, and is no longer
among the software products supported by Motorola. Users may experience compatibility issues
with current operating systems.

Our tests can not address the Software Product's performance
in conjunction with paging system components and device performance. Year 2000 Readiness of the
system and device components is an essential factor in the Software Product's performance,
and should be evaluated relative to Year 2000 Readiness.
